PARTIAL INVESTMENT STRUCTURE

Atlin High-Grade is seeking an investment of CDN$10,000,000.00 to complete engineering, permitting, shaft construction and extraction of a bulk sample.

 

An investment of CDN$10,000,000.00 or greater will earn: 

20% of the first 10,000 oz of placer gold (raw ounces). This will shift to 

1% of the placer gold for each million invested for the remainder of mine life.

FULL INVESTMENT STRUCTURE*

Parties interested in assuming all construction and mining costs, including management of project: 

75% of gross placer gold to investment party

25% of gross placer gold paid to Steelwater Contracting group
